All work during the 2016/2017 school year. Tested in the HPER pool and the sub runs correctly.

Changes:

Initial SLAM framework in place
ThrustController updated to reflect changes in hardware
WebApp style update
Arduino alerts Peripherals when it is ready
Stuff from last year's competition
massive amounts of refactors
