Consider, i.e. file https://github.com/manubrain/Demo-Cell-Classification/blob/master/01_Data/201027/use_case1/Processed/Samples/sample_16.csv ? I can't find the new column anywhere?

I think I got it. I should be looking at https://github.com/manubrain/Demo-Cell-Classification/blob/master/README.md instead of https://github.com/manubrain/Demo-Cell-Classification/blob/master/01_Data/README.md ?
