Deleting an IP from the table means you can't add it back again #10

If you hit Delete on an IP address in the table, you can't re-add that IP address using the form at the top -- the page reloads and does nothing.

This seems to have been resolved in https://github.com/UStAEnts/x32-reflector/tree/release/v1.1.1 however will let you test this on the new deployed version and report back
