Latex problem #11

Hi, Inside polyadcirc.pyADCIRC.plotADCIRC Comment this line

plt.rc('text', usetex=True) #rem by saeed ruines latex in anaconda

This makes the python backend on windows problematic.

Thanks for pointing that out. Since you already have a good solution, feel free to submit a pull-request with the aforementioned line removed.
