Dependency management with poetry
Tox tests
- Check GNU installation
- Cythonize in place
- Install poetry dependencies
- Run pytests in poetry virtual env
New GH Actions workflow that runs tox tests automatically on PR or push to main
- Test locally using act: act pull_request
