demo ZCTA epidemic curves #30

Proof-of-concept demo for Meyers lab: Use COVID19 parameters but seed new epidemics in different ZCTAs/different age groups.

Also work with Kelly G to think through visualizations.

Needs some minor refinement to plot aesthetics, addition of maps, and conversion to ppt.
