Decide on hosting environment

Need to decide between the following options:

• Bare metal (Hosted on my dedicated server)

• Bare metal (Hosted on a VM on azure)

• Fly.io

• Railway.app

• Heroku

• Others

Heroku is probably out of price range, it's going to be about $15 a month

Decided on fly.io because of their free plan
