[x] Create a Wiki Article with info about how to use the app.
[x] Adapt the Wiki to TDX service catalog entry for URL Changes.
[x] Update the About link in the front page footer to point to TDX service.
[x] Add a shortened version of the Wiki article to TDX service catalog under URL Change Requests, with further instructions about Drupal Redirects linked to the TDX Service form.
