Finish cloud storage endpoints #205

Other projects, i.e. Jupiter, need endpoints for easily storing, retrieving, and modifying cloud storage objects. I've already been working on this, but I need to complete it.

Hi @jpahm, you mentioned over last meeting that you’ve been working on this yourself but you don’t want to push the work to us because we’d have to learn cloud or stuff from the beginning.

However, I’d like to help you with this since I figure it could be great learning experience. Could you show me what I need to learn to bring me up to speed so that I could work on this task?
