The median GPA is closer to the bulk of the data, and is less affected by skew. This also might mean most of the letter grades will not be a B -> easier to tell apart. Median also (from preliminary research) seems to represent the shape of the graph better.

Consider using the median GPA instead of the mean/average in all places (Letter grade, distribution graphs, compare table, new line graph)
