Integrate Cyton Gamma arm with ROS #4

In order for the Cyton Gamma arm to work with the ROS software, packages must be found that allow the two to communicate. there is currently software on the ROS wiki for the arm, but it is outdated. I may still be able to use it, and if not, I will need to find an alternative.

Found github repository with cyton gamma 300 simulator and control packages. Physics simulated with Gazebo and robot controlled with MoveIt.
