Final update of the semester. Adds:

Stats page for reporting to the government every month (closes #24, closes #27)
UI for selecting a date and time for an appointment (closes #11, closes #12)
Ability to change info for your family after checking in (closes #16)
Updated UI for the new registration form (closes #25)
Page to view all the families currently in the database (closes #29)
Authentication to both the front end and API

Also adds necessary files and configuration for deployment, such as environment files and workflows for GitHub actions.
