[Feature] Create new page navigation method

Feature Description

• replace currrent off screen menu for page navigation with new way to display and navigate to application pagess

Requirements

• new navigation method shall vertically display navigation page links across the page banner of the application
• whenever the mouse hovers over a page link in the page banner a hover effect shall happen to improve system responsiveness to the user
• the page link shall be enclose by a border that will appear when the user hovers or clicks on the page link
• small icons should be next to page links

Additional context

• the color change would be from a lighter shade to a darker shade to make the interactivity better
• page links shall be spread out evenly and centered in the middle of the page header
• small icons shall have close association to the page links. Like if its the contact us section it should have a small envelope as a icon
