[Feature] Integration of Database with Registration and Login

Feature Description Integrate the database with the registration and login UI

Requirements

• User shall be able to register either a parent account with linked children or teacher account
• database base must be able accept data from the registration UI and log new account data into storage with appropriate permissions
• Database will be able to recieve username and password from login UI and reference with database to confirm and establish a session for user
• transfer the current existing accounts from Reading Huddle into our database Additional context
• After establishing session for user have a reroute to the course homepage of current Reading Huddle app.
