Feature Description Connect Arduino to Linux Desktop.

Requirements We need to ensure that we are able to:

connect to the hotspot signal sent by the Linux Desktop
write code that connects the Arduino to our APIs
add switches and related code to implement ID system
test that Arduino is properly sending data whenever we push the button (simulating bottle counter increase)
