Fixed the issues reported in the mpu9250 ticket as well as the new bugs from the actuator class PR

the 251 on the left-hand side represents the time difference between the prints (251 ms from the specified delay of 250 ms)

Notice the scroll bar size on the right-hand side, to indicate the duration has long exceeded 43 seconds (should be about 10 minutes now)
