Added the alumni spotlight homepage component by following the design specifications in figma and adding AlumniMetaData to fetch data from yaml file.
As of now, the Alumni Spotlight component will be visible on mobile screens, but the design in figma seems to suggest that we don't have have the alumni spotlight component for mobiles. Let me know if I should keep the alumni spotlight for mobile screens or remove it.
