Add "Date/Time Posted" Column to Database Structure #27

Some sites distinguish the initial date/time an article is posted from the last time of modification. Where this is the case, it would be good to record this. Where it is not the case, the only available date/time stamp will go to the "Last Modification" column.

Column implemented. Need to merge with css selector to find and put the data into the db
