Ubuntu update not required based on conversation with Compute Canada. Move application to larger disk to provide additional resources to the application and prevent errors, facilitate multiple instances running concurrently.

Waiting for the next crawl to benchmark speed and understand issues of memory/CPU usage. Need to better understand how this is working so we can optimize for larger crawl.
