Base plate wiring terminal

Replace the current base plate with a custom one so we don't have to unscrew the plate every time we want to add a new electronic.

• Electrical terminal/housing that extends from the XT60 power ports, countersunk
• Integrated cable glands (use large size, can fit XT60 cable through), countersunk
• Mount for Ouster driver?
• Mount for 12V -> 24V transformer?

Think about how wires will thread to the electronics on the payload tray.

• Raise wooden plate by an ~inch. Helps with mounting the cable glands flush to the wiring plate
• Add bumper to frame so the frame doesn't rest on the LED bar when open
• Laser cut out holes for XT60 ports and cable glands
• Wiring plate clear 1/4" acrylic
