feat: adding the static html website #14

Fixes #13 This PR adds the static HTML file to the repo so that we can host it on github pages as our official website.

When reviewing please:

Download the html file and open to preview it in your local broswer.

If we want to host this on some static site host, we should have this in a separate repo instead of here

@jdtech3 I think puting it on a separate branch would also works?

At least for GitHub pages, if I recall correctly you can also use a dedicated directory for the site, not 100% sure though
