P1: Tune Caffeine Model #139

Description: Match Caffeine URDF model to physical Caffeine.

Goals:

Reconfigure colours of Caffeine in Gazebo (low priority)
All transforms and dimensions are correct

Acceptance Criteria:

Sensor placements match physical Caffeine
Distance between parts matches physical Caffeine

Notes:

Find actual value of wheel separation and update on model & motor control files
Change camera tilt angle if physically adjusted
