Session start issues #122

It appears the cookie is not properly destroyed on logout...investigating.

Appears declaration was the issue. Another bug may need to be opened about the cookie not being destroyed on logout...I doubt that is intentional, but it wasn't my code writing to begin with.

All issues have now been fixed here, awaiting deployment.
