Im dumb and almost didn't merge this to the right branch

I FINALLY did it

Disclaimer: This is the NO MPU version All PRs will be this way until we fix that separately :)

This added the following functionality:

A Sample object that consists of many measurements
A SampleCollection object that can evaluate a set number of samples
Averaging of Nth measurements to achieve consistent data over a set period of time ( 1 Sample )
Logging of data from Samples
sample_params.h file to configure all parameters

THERE IS NO DOCUMENTATION ON THIS YET

Yes I know I'm bad for that...sorryyyy...I'll add it later....promise!!
