Feature Description

This PR introduces a basic graphical user interface (GUI) application using the Tkinter library. The application provides a simple window with a label and a button. When the button is clicked, a pop-up message appears, demonstrating basic interaction within the application. Key Features:

Main Window: The GUI features a main window with a customizable title and dimensions.
Label: A label widget is displayed in the window with a welcome message.
Button Interaction: A button is included, and upon clicking, it triggers a pop-up window with an informational message.
User Feedback: The pop-up message demonstrates how to handle events and provide feedback to users.
