Can't toggle or reorder this shader #1

These lines prevent reordering them via drag and drop and toggling them on/off. I removed these lines locally and everything works as expected, is there a reason to have these always be enabled?

Thanks for this tip, I was stuck in the same situation. Maybe that has to be with older reshade version.
