The InterfacesRules.lag file is missing form the Cabal distribution. We need to include lag files as well here: https://github.com/UU-ComputerScience/uuagc/blob/47c09cd1e281e4e224b30bf6e183778e54cdf91c/uuagc/trunk/uuagc.cabal#L19
