Make 'uuagc' compile in GHC 8.6 #2

There are the changes required to make uuagc compile on GHC 8.6.x. The source of the problems is the new version of containers, which has deprecated some functions.

I have added Travis CI support for GHC 7.8 to 8.6. This ensures that everything builds correctly on those versions.
