Updated wind turbine model with configurable power exponent and hub height. These parameters can now be set in the JSON config file, allowing for easier adjustment of the model to different turbine types. Please review and provide feedback.
Please reopen the pull request on the develop branch (not on main).
Also a couple of suggestions:
Please move the specifications of the power exponent and the turbine height to the technology jsons (and not in the model config). The model config contains global options that do not control the models of the technologies itself
You can choose the hub height already by specifying it in the json of the wind turbines, but not the power exponent
I would suggest to set self.input_parameters.performance_data["hubheight"] to a default value in fit_technology_performance of res.py if it is not in self.input_parameters.performance_data yet. The same can be done for the power exponent.
in _perform_fitting_wt we can then refer to self.input_parameters.performance_data["hubheight"] and to self.input_parameters.performance_data["power exponent"]
