report accumulated water body evaporation over all routing substeps #23

Previously the reported water body evaporation represented only the last step of the routing (kinematic wave) substeps. Now it accurately reflects the accumulated water body evaporation over all substeps.

A small water balance test was run (1 month), as shown below. Although the water body evaporation increases, the water balance delta did not change substantially as the water body evporation flux is tiny compared to the other fluxes.
