According to the CHAT manual (section 11, dependent tiers) punctuation require an ending punctuation. Currently they are mapped, but they should be passed through has is. This is also done incorrectly if there is no space before the final punctuation. In those cases the punctuation should be tokenized and not treated as part of the node.
