Catalogus query endpoint #139

When a user makes a catalogus query in the frontend, the query should be applied to the relevant Reader object. This will probably just mean passing on the frontend JSON to the reader's query method (https://github.com/UUDigitalHumanitieslab/edpop-explorer/issues/10). We want to ask the reader for paginated results (https://github.com/UUDigitalHumanitieslab/edpop-explorer/issues/13) that can be displayed to the user.

The endpoint can work on a single query: for now, the frontend will display the results per catalogus.
