New test dataset with extra metadata

Update the existing scraper to include some more metadata:

• [ ] publication year
• [ ] publisher
• [ ] gender (let gender-guesser do its thing)

In discussion with Haidee, we also discussed the following metadata fields. It would be great if these were provided by the client, i.e. when they deliver the final list of sources to download:

• genre
• age category (child / adult) -- how relevant is this?

If they are provided in a list with titles, perhaps implement a script that loops through this list and somehow includes the provided fields in the exported review data.
