Include "about" information #171

I didn't know what this project is about and found this text passage on https://microcontact.sites.uu.nl/ which I think is a nice and short description which would be a good addition to this repository.

Hi @jgonggrijp, I'm a research assistant in the UU Open Science programme. I'm contributing to some repositories developed by UU researchers. If you want to know more, I'd be happy to plan a meeting with you and tell you more about it. Otherwise, I hope this information answered your question.
