New landing page #88

We would like to have a new landing page that would adequately introduce target groups (researchers, teachers, students) to the website. See PR #87 for an early mock-up.

I have made a basic adjustments to the layout. So it looks cleaner and spacier. I have also chosen a softer color palette.

I like this, feels very modern! I'm going to push some small changes in a moment! Otherwise, I think this is the right direction. It would be great if we could have a changing menu dependent on the target group.

:) Glad that you like it! I have changed the menus for the different pages. We are only missing some details and the scenarios / examples to show on these pages.

Additional suggestions from the project meeting:

Use the Utrecht University colours.
Think about having landing pages both in English and Dutch! So, we need a language switcher. There are some pointers in the Django documentation.
Move the news section to the page for researchers.

University colors have been added.
There is functionality for i18n now!
News page has been moved.
