model_subdir option does not work with update #106

Updating initial estimates with activated -model_subdir wors as expected, i.e., for update_inits run103.mod -out=run104.mod -model_subdir values are retrieved from run103/run103.lst.

However, using the synonym command update run103.mod -out=run104.mod -model_subdir does not appear to look for the lst file in the model subdirectory.

I cannot reproduce this issue. update is just a copy of update_inits so it should work exactly the same. Which version of PsN are you using? Could you give the exact steps on how to reproduce the issue?
