precond Fails with Renamed THETAs #145

When I use code like

$ABBREVIATED REPLACE THETA(LTVCL)=THETA(6)

Preconditioning the model fails probably because it is looking to replace THETA(6) with something else instead of THETA(LTVCL) (and many other similar abbreviations in this model).

I think that this will become much more common in NONMEM 7.5 with the new syntax that supports simpler abbreviation of THETAs.

PsN tools that need to know about THETAs does currently not support the $ABBREVIATED syntax. There is a little bit of work going on to support this, but due to time constraints it is not going to be ready soon.

Thanks for pointing to the new NONMEM 7.5 $THETA syntax, which of course increases the importance of a better way of handling THETAs in PsN.
