Issue with PK_elimination_nl and pk_elimination_linear_nl #32

Hi, PK_elimination_nl and pk_elimination_linear_nl are not leading to the same NL equation. In fact, one is following typical MM equation and the other one is a more stable version of MM.

Linear + NL gives image

Would be good to use the same nl function as default and add the option to use the more classical MM equation for both functions.
