Created testing platform for SCD30, SGP30, and BME680 sensors #12

Created a basic little application using the ESP8266 and the SCD30, SGP30, and BME680. The application connects to MQTT and publishes the CO2 / VOC readings from each of these sensors and publishes to MQTT.
