Start Menu #14

A 'Start' Menu (or Pause Menu) for during gameplay that will show the player necessary information Desired items include: Resume, Exit Game, Inventory, Stats (??), Save (until we get save locations)

@Soupdoop Feel free to rip some of the functions from my options menu (main menu) to keep track of volume levels, resolutions, etc.
