7 years ago Could be difficult, need some art for the effects, feel free to rip some free art online, I don't have a problem with it just being a moving layer in the front of the screen (i.e. doesn't have to have raindrops/snow actually landing on the level)
The 'aesthetic' system will allow overlaying of different effects including: lighting, weather, and similar effects. This shouldn't be too in-depth, simply just have a layer on top of everything else that either has animated effects like rain, snow, etc. The lighting may end up being more difficult considering this is 2-D. May not end up requiring it.
