Not sure if the buggy movement is still there, need some bug testers to find out if this is still a problem.
I was told that the problem might be some long/difficult calculation within an update loop (FPS drops significantly every now and then). Consider looking at each script update loop, disable each script individually (or its update) and see what the effect it has on the FPS.

Need to update the framerate so it's consistent across all machines. Also consider smoothing out animations by increasing Samples in Animation.
