deploy options #3

rename repo to UVa-R-Users-Group.github.io, deploy from the same URL
deploy from docs/ directory https://help.github.com/articles/configuring-a-publishing-source-for-github-pages/
follow Yihui's advice and deploy from https://www.netlify.com/ instead of gh-pages
others?

I think using Netlify should be option number 1, since it the recommended blogdown method. But that means we'd probably want a custom domain (which is pretty cheap/cool), and I would be happy to help with that cost.
