Describe the bug

An image of mysterious origin is being displayed within a user's profile and giving people the side eye, this needs to be investigated.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Navigate to the profile edit page
  2. Go to edit the image
  3. Don't upload an image and cancel

Were you able to reproduce this consistently? I am not able to see this behaviour 🤔
