covariance between the main effect (SNP) and the interaction effect #115

Hi! How can I output the covariance between the main effect (SNP) and the interaction effect (SNP*sex). I'm using assocTestSingle() for association tests and this is not included in the results. I couldn't find an option to include it, as assocTestMM() had. Thanks!

Unfortunately this feature is not implemented in assocTestSingle, sorry! It's on a long list of things to do if we ever get the bandwidth, but that's unlikely to happen anytime soon.
