Add burden test values to SMMAT output #93

Add burden and SKAT test statistics to the SMMAT output.

@mconomos To add SKAT output, I think we'd have to run either .testVariantSetSKAT before adjusting U and G for the burden. Is that correct? If so, is it worth the extra computation?

@amstilp No, I don't think it's worth adding in the SKAT output
