Science tests validation.

We need a full run of the science tests comparing the VIC 5 classic driver to VIC 4.2 and observations (when available) prior to release.

We have fully re-run the science tests using the release branch. Note that in the legend for the figures, the release branch is denoted as "VIC.5.0.0.rc1" because this is coming from the config file, it is NOT the first release candidate version of the model. This will be updated shortly.

Here is a summary of the results for one grid cell for each variable that we have shown.
