you added a redundant "]" in readme.md. It's not appropriate. following is the correct way ![Documentation Status](https://readthedocs.org/projects/vic/badge/?version=latest

I have submitted requests and commit "Delete a redundant "]" and add a ")"in readme.md line 5"

ps:This is my first time to submit requests,and I'm not very familiar with github even with English.But I'm sure I have submitted it~
