Summary:
I have done some tests of an old version of VIC on Norway for the period 2015-2018. I have noticed that the snowpack (OUTPUT_SWE) tends to accumulate some residual amount of snow year on year. Basically it seems that the snowpack never fully melts in the model. Was this a known issue for this version? Would you know where to look in order to solve it?
