I have a question regarding VIC 4.2.d model. How and where in the code does the VIC model associate the vegetation fractions with the elevation band fractions while doing calculations for that particular elevation band in a grid cell? Because in the input vegetation fractions are provided for the grid cell not at an elevation band level within a grid cell. So far, I am unable to find any information on this on the VIC documentation website.
